Bank Innovation, the leading information resource on customer experience in banking, hosted more than 240,000 visitors in 2013, a nearly 180% year-over-year increase. The increase is reflective not just of Bank Innovation‘s improved value to its audience, but to the continuing growth in banking innovation among financial services professionals around the world. By every measure, Bank Innovation grew substantially last year. The site saw nearly 395,000 visits and served up almost 685,000 page views, and for advertisers, that meant we provided more than 3.4 million impressions. Visits grew 174% YOY, while page views climbed 151% compared to 2012. We also substantially grew our Twitter feed, which counts nearly 13,000 followers, and our Bank Innovation LinkedIn group, which numbers almost 5,000 members. To give a sense for the global nature of banking innovation today, Bank Innovation hosted visitors from nations as remote as Samoa, Tonga, Turkmenistan and Chad. Still, about half of Bank Innovation‘s visitors still came from the United States in 2013. We continue to be passionate about banking customer experience.
